How many emails can I send?

Our Free plan includes 2,500 emails per month — plenty for small organizations getting started. Paid plans have no hard caps for typical organization use: newsletters, announcements, event updates, and the like. We monitor for unusual sending patterns, and if your needs go beyond typical use, we’ll reach out to find the right plan. Questions? Just ask.

What is "Use your own email service"?

Available on Growth plans, this lets you connect your own email delivery provider instead of using ours. This gives you full control over your sender reputation, privacy and compliance by keeping data within your infrastructure, a dedicated IP so your sending isn’t affected by others, and potential cost savings at high volumes. We support major email delivery providers.

Do you offer nonprofit discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Registered nonprofits get 30% off all paid plans. Churches, schools, and community organizations are welcome. Just contact us with proof of nonprofit status and we’ll apply the discount to your account.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and we’ll prorate the difference. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing date. No lock-in, no hassle.

Yes. Up to 500 contacts and 2,500 emails per month, no credit card required. Use it as long as you like — upgrade when you need more.
