Why is your pricing so low?

We built Groupmail for community organisations. Our pricing reflects that. We don't charge more and then offer discounts — we start with a fair price. No application forms, no hoops.

I'm a business, not a nonprofit. Can I use Groupmail?

Absolutely. Our Business plan includes API access (coming soon), the option to connect your own email service, and dedicated support. It's built for commercial use.

What happens if I exceed 5,000 emails in a month?

Add credit packs anytime at $5 per 1,000 emails. Credits are valid for 12 months and are available on every plan, including Free. If you regularly need more volume, contact us for custom pricing.

What's the handover call?

Community organisations often change leadership — new parent council chairs, new church administrators, new volunteer coordinators. When that happens, we schedule a call with the incoming person to walk them through everything — your lists, your templates, your sending schedule. No other email platform does this.

What's a custom email domain?

On our Continuity and Business plans, we set up your emails to send from your organisation's own domain — so emails come from you, not from Groupmail. This improves deliverability and looks more professional. You'll need your own domain (not Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail). We handle all the technical setup for you.

Log in, go to Current Plan → Manage Plan, click Cancel Subscription. That's it — no phone calls, no hold times, no retention agents. We'd rather earn your loyalty than trap you.
